The apartment has been recently renovated. It combines modern and simple design with the charm of the original 16th-century farmhouse walls.
Inside, you will find a warm and welcoming space designed for comfort and relaxation.
Outside, a private garden lets you enjoy the silence and beauty of nature.
For your convenience, private parking is available directly in front of the apartment, with easy access for guests with reduced mobility.

About 1 km away, in the charming village of Pochi near Salorno, you will find a grocery store, a pizzeria, a panoramic restaurant serving regional cuisine, a tennis court, a playground, and the unique sculpture garden “Garden of Desire.” In the surrounding area, the Haderburg and Dornach wineries also offer guided tours and wine tastings.
Just 4 km away lies Salorno, where you will find all essential services: supermarkets, a bakery, pastry shop, ice cream shop, restaurants and bars, as well as a pharmacy. Here you can also visit our shop “Il Mazzolino,” where organic products from Maso Noàl are available.
The nearest bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk away and provides regular connections throughout the area and Bolzano province.
With bus line 127, you can reach Cauria at an altitude of 1,200 meters – an ideal starting point for hikes and trekking tours in the Trudner Horn Nature Park. The area also offers a traditional mountain restaurant as well as alpine huts, where you can enjoy authentic South Tyrolean specialities.
Just 30 minutes away is the Paganella ski area, the closest ski resort to the property. During the winter, it offers a wide range of activities for snow sports enthusiasts, including alpine skiing, ski touring, and ice skating. In the summer, it becomes the perfect destination for outdoor activities such as hiking, downhill biking, and mountain biking.
